The Quixote Humane Spay/Neuter Incentive Program is designed to assist low income families spay or neuter there pets. The Program depends on grants and donations to provide the funding. 

We have supported spay/neuter for 65 animals in the past year. But all funds have been exhausted. The SNIP Program is on hold until additional funds can be obtained.

Quixote Humane also has contacts with other groups that can assist those truly trying to spay or neuter their pets that need assistance.

Animal Humane Association of New Mexico in ABQ (255-5523) does provide low-cost spay/neuter to low-income families in Valencia County .
